At Guadalupe Regional Medical Foundation, we believe in letting your passion be your legacy. This belief is put into action daily through our dedication to the continued success of GRMC as an independent, non-profit, city-county owned entity. Despite not having a local hospital tax district, GRMC maintains a high caliber of care that has been recognized on a national level.

Since 1999, GRMF has played a crucial role in enhancing the quality of care provided at GRMC. Our mission has been centered on promoting, preserving, and expanding the array of services offered at your community hospital. In addition, GRMF has been instrumental in funding various patient care needs such as medication assistance, educational programs, and the integration of technological advancements to ensure the best possible outcomes for all those we serve.

Fundraising Events Including our annual Bras for a Cause, Race to Raise 5K Run, and Pistols and Petticoats Hospice Event

Grant Writing for funds to purchase new technological advancements and other needs within the hospital

Scholarships for hospital nurses to continue their education

Lifesaver Grants for departments within the hospital to purchase equipment that is needed and was not included in the annual budget

Involvement with surrounding non-profits including the San Antonio and New Braunfels Food Bank to assist with food insecurity in the community
